The Ofiice offers legal assistance and representation in the criminal trial for the involved parties both in the phase of criminal investigation and also in court.
The elaboration of the procedural strategy and adequate legal consulting for the client, represent a priotity for the Office. In the court phase, the case is advocated both in the matter and in the appeal or recourse phases, also including the formalizing of written documents.
The Office offers legal assistance and representation in the cases of crimes stipulated by special laws such as tax evasion, money laundry, the corruption or financial fraud crimes in the baking area.
In the Office activity, the assistance and representation of the persons involved in malpractive litigations can refer to either medical staff, or injured persons following the medical act.
Litigations related to “medical guilt” involve a research and correlation of the special regulations in the area, toghetrer with the practical application thereof, elements that the Office will unite to reach the best goal for the client.
The legal assistance and representation in the area of IT law consists of:
- Drawing up and negotiating contracts;
- Preventive legal consulting(regarding the intellectual property rights and unfaithful competition);
- Legal consulting in the area of the crimes committed via computer system or internet(data breaking, phishing, attacks on a computer system).
The office offers legal consulting for applying the European regulations(directives, regulations, decicions), as well as related to the four fundamental liberties of the European Union – free circulation of commercial goods, capitals, persons, and services.
Considering the wide area of civil law, the Office offers the clients the following legal services in the area of civil law:
- Drawing-up, modification, and negotiation of civil contracts;
- Consulting regarding the legal aspects regarding the application in time of the civil legislation, with practical applicabiility for each particular case;
- Drawing-up and advocacy for civil cases in court in the area of family law – divorces and partitions, alimonies, situation of minors/children after the divorce;
- Consulting and legal assistance in the area of hereditary law.
In the area of commercial law, the Office can assist the clients during the commercial litigations, both in the phase of pre-contract negotiations, and in the case of litigations and in front of the courts.
The Legal Office offers cosulting reffering to the status of foreign citizens. It assists and represents the clients in the procedures of recognizing foreign courts decrees.
The cabinet offers legal advice and representation in courts both for the employer and the employee.
The legal office provides services regarding the establishing of trading companies (limited companies, stock companies) or mentions after the establishment thereof.
The activity supposes the drawing-up of all the documents needed for a trading company to be legallu established or the documents regarding the changes occurred during the existence thereof (statutes, articles of incorporation, change of the name, change of the legal form, change of the activiy, increase/decrease of the share capital, assigning shares, suspending/resuming the activity, etc.).
Foreign clients do not need to come to Romania to resolve their legal problems, as there is the possibility for them to be represented by the Office based on a power of attorney (in the case of personal cases such as divorces, in case of the recognition of the legal decrees).
The procedure in front of the European Court of Human Rights allows the Romanian citizens whose fundamental rights stipulated in the Convention were violated to adress the Court a plaint.
The procedure in front of the Court supposes various phases, the beginning of the procedure being given by the examination of the admissibility on principle of the plaint.
