Corina Oprean is the tenured lawyer and founder of the Office.

She is a graduate of the School of Law of the “Babes-Bolyai” University o Cluj-Napoca and a master in Penology at the same University.

She is member of the Bar of Cluj and acts especially in penology. She has relevant experience in the penology procedures, being involved in numerous cases where corruption accusations were filled, referring to economic crimes or crimes against the patrimony.

Equally, her experience and formation aim the areas of commercial and business law. She is fluent speaker of English, French and German.
